Qld Institute of Medical Research : The Queensland Institute of Medical Research (QIMR) is one of the largest medical research institutes in the southern hemisphere, and is recognised worldwide for the quality of its research. QIMR has broadened its scope to include the immunological, biological and molecular basis of a wide range of infectious diseases, cancers and other disorders. The Centre for Studies in Drug Disposition (CSDD): is a drug research centre of the University of Queensland. It carries out:

  • Preclinical drug research;
  • Drug and metabolite analyses for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, and
  • Investigator-initiated research.

CSDD has worked closely with pharmaceutical companies for 20 years, conducting analytical, ADME, bioavailability/bioequivalence and drug-drug interaction studies. From 2002, clinical studies have been transferred to our trials spin-out company, Q-Pharm Pty Ltd.
